Three-Step Process

  1. Intake of personal information over the phone, it takes about 15 minutes.
  2. In-home introduction to services and a question-and-answer session. You will decide if you want to move forward with services, takes about 30 minutes - 1 hour max.
  3. In-home nurse assessment, a company nurse will assess your needs and you will determine how you want those needs to be met. The nurse will then develop a service plan for the person working with you to follow, it takes about 30 mins to 1 hour max.
